It’s here! It’s finally here! There’s no bugs this time and everything is working perfectly! I guess the delay was worth it after all.

There’s a bunch of new free items (LOL Just kidding! There’s only 3…) for members and non-members and also a new maze members can explore which leads to the Mysterious Deep! Shall we get started?

The first free item is found at the Dock. Recycle the garbage on the sea by clicking it and once you are done, you should receive a free “Cleaned Up Dock” background.

The second free item is found at the Beach. To get the “Anvil Hat” go to the Beach and waddle next to the “Free” sign. Click “yes” if it asks you if you wish to pick it up.

Finally, the maze! Before we get started remember this maze is for members only! Just saying… Okay, to get started go to the Beach and enter the Mysterious Deep. In the first room, waddle to the right and go all the way up.

Continue your path to the left and when you arrive to the next room waddle straight up and then to the right.

Waddle down and then waddle straight up but make sure you go to the 2nd path! Do not go straight to the right…

I swear we are almost done… In this next room, waddle up and continue your journey to the right.

Continue straight up, then turn right, waddle down, and then to the left!

Keep going down and then turn to your left.

In the next room keep going left and waddle straight up! Make sure you are taking the 2nd path (the one to the right) or else you won’t get to the finish line!

Keep waddling and turn left right away! Do not go straight up.

And you are done! You made it to the finish line! Here’s a picture of me with my friends:

Enter the Mysterious Deep and there you will find a new submarine outfit! To get it waddle next to it and if it asks you if you wish to “pick it up” click “yes.”

Congratulations! You just explored the mysterious deep! Wasn’t that fun? I honestly love the concept of this expedition but I feel it was way to broad. Maybe next time Club Penguin should sink the whole island and not use the old Snow Race maze and just change the theme! I noticed that right away, Billybob.

RED ALERT! The island is tipping, and many areas are flooding. Suspect #1 is missing. Focus on protecting citizens. Start by making sure all flood bubble shields are at full power.

Once you’ve completed the 66th Field Op, you should receive a new message from Gary the Gadget Guy. Take a look below…

Well done! That bubble shield is at full power now. I installed those after the last time the island nearly sank. This is a terrible mess. But we can’t worry about Herbert right now though. Focus on protecting citizens. Stay sharp.

Extra! Extra! Club Penguin is sinking! If you thought this was normal, then you are wrong! In today’s issue,Rookie reveals he only wanted to sink “part of the island” just a little bit but it turns out he forgot the whole island was attached! Oh my, what have you done Rookie?

According to him, it will take a whole week to remove all the anvils from the Beach. He also mentioned they found the old Lighthouse entrance after the Island sunk. Are your ready to explore the ruins? Head to the beach today and complete the maze!

Rookie might be worried, but nothing can stop DJ Cadence and her fashion show! Just as the island sunk, a Club Penguin Times reporter asked the famous DJ if she would cancel the show due to the water and guess what she replied? “No Way!” Guess it’s true, nothing can stop the power of fashion!

The 1st annual Fashion Show (hosted by DJ Cadence) starts February 2nd at the Gift Shop. Are you excited? I can’t wait to see all the different items at the show! What about you?

Rookie is the public relations officer for the PSA and a noviceSecret Agent. He is a green penguin always wearing a Red Propeller Cap, a Red Hawaiian Shirt and a pair of Red Sunglasses. Like most people who are rookies in real-life activities, Rookie makes mistakes that more experienced agents wouldn’t. Rookie’s New Background:

• Rookie usually goes online when an important event is going on such as April Fools Party.
• Rookie constantly changes server. He usually logs on for about 10-15 minutes.
• Rookie might be crowded so make sure to take a look at the users room list.
• Rookie can be found in more than 1 server – he usually has “clones”.
• Rookie is more likely to be found on servers with 3 to 5 green bars (Amount of penguins online)
• Rookie usually goes on crowded servers like Mammoth, Frozen, Yukon, etc.
• If you can’t find him make sure to help us track him on our Chat.
• Rookie is a green penguin wearing red sun glasses, a red Hawaiian shirt and a red propeller cap.

As always, Club Penguin works really hard for us and today, Billybob published a new “behind the scenes” post. For the last few months, Club Penguin dedicated a lot of the Club Penguin team to make the experience faster, and to squash some bugs that were getting in the way.

Here are a few examples of what the Club Penguin Team has done:

• Faster loading: One of the things we’ve heard is that you want to log on to Club Penguin faster. We’re listening, and have been working on a bunch of improvements… everything from room and game speed to server upgrades.
• Blue screen bug: Some of you were getting disconnected while seeing a blue loading screen. Guess what? The team squashed this pesky bug!! Thanks for being so patient.
• Small screen trick: Did you figure out this trick yet? Now you can switch between Small Screen and Big Screen without logging off!

Sweet! Hopefully there won’t be any bugs during the upcoming Expedition Party… *cough* So what do you think? I did notice the new small screen trick since last week but I didn’t pay much attention to it.

Unless by mistake…. unless by mistake… See what Club Penguin did there? They are foreshadowing his escape! But how? My theory is that during the Underwater Expedition Klutzy and his friends will get into the EPF and take Herbert out! Or maybe when the island sinks no one will pay attention to Herbert and he wil start floating around the island just like in the video (except he will be floating on the water) and end up at the Ice Berg! Anyway, we must be cautious!

Agents, we better keep an eye on Herbert at all times and make sure he doesn’t escape! This is why we should never let Rookie do something alone… If Herbert does escape, who knows what he might do next…

Today, the Club Penguin UK team upload a new video to their official Youtube cccount. In this video Scott talks about a few upcoming books (such as “Before Card-Jitsu: The Ninja Quest” and “Meet the Crew”) which will be released on the 2nd of February. Scott also talks about the new Top Trumps Club Penguin cards which include Club Penguin cards to play with your friends and an exclusive code to unlock an exclusive Top Trumps background for your penguin! You can apparently only buy these in the UK.

Finally but not least, Club Penguin will release their very own magazine! Club Penguin’s magazine will be released February 9th and it will include posters, contests, drawings, facts about Club Penguin, secrets, and much, much more! No word yet if this magazine will be released in America anytime soon.
