This is going to be the restart of Project Deco it was recently called Club Penguin Images. By the term “recently” I meant back in 2009. So to restart this project above is a download link to the first bundle. It includes 19 penguins w/ transparent backgrounds from the recent clothing catalog. Monchocho calls them cut outs.
