About Rocky and CeCe:
Raquel “Rocky” Blue is one of the main protagonists on Shake It Up where she dances on the local teen dance show Shake It Up, Chicago!. She is the daughter of Marcie Blue and Curtis Blue and the younger sister of Ty Blue. She lives in an apartment with her family in the suite above her best friend CeCe Jones and her family.
Cecelia “CeCe” Jones is one of the main characters on Shake It Up where she dances on the local teen dance show, Shake It Up, Chicago!. She is the daughter of Georgia Jones and J.J. Jones and the older sister of Flynn Jones. She lives in an apartment with her mother and brother in the suite below her best friend Rocky Blue and her family. (Shake It Up Wiki)
Tips On Tracking Rocky and CeCe:

- Rocky and CeCe constantly changes servers. They usually log on for about 10-15 minutes.
- Rocky and CeCe can be found in more than 1 server.
- Rocky and CeCe can be found on servers with 3 to 5 green bars (Amount of penguins online)
- Rocky and CeCe usually go on crowded servers like Mammoth, Frozen, Yukon, etc.
- Rocky is a blue penguin wearing black shoes, brown wavy wig, matching diamonds bracelet and necklace, pink tutu, white and black stripped shirt, and a black shiny jacket.
- Cece is a yellow penguin wearing grey sneakers, grey shiny jacket, orange wavy wig, red jeans, and a grey t-shirt with the UK flag.
