Agent PH is an EPF Agent who trains you in Elite Penguin Force to handle the Elite Puffles. She appears in several missions, at the congratulations party, and the Gadget Room. She was once trapped in a bubble by Pop, one of the elite puffles. She trains you with her special puffles and shows you what they do. Her name PH stands for Puffle Handler. She handles and trains puffles to do special things. Then she teaches you how to get them to do it. (Club Penguin Wiki)
- PH usually goes online when an important event is going on such as the Puffle Party.
- PH constantly changes servers. She usually logs on for about 10-15 minutes.
- PH can be found in more than 1 server.
- PH can be found on servers with 3 to 5 green bars (Amount of penguins online)
- PH usually goes on crowded servers like Mammoth, Frozen, Yukon, etc.
- If you can’t find PH make sure to help us track them on our Chat.
- PH is a brown penguin with a light brown jacket and hat, pink t-shirt, and a black whistle.

Like No Joke, I Found PH Literally 10 Times At Least. No Joke At All! It’s So Easy To Find Her! And She Told Us A Story About How She Discovered Brown And Rainbow Puffles! She Told Us To Add Her! And She Answered My Question! I Also Said I Can’t Click You PH! And She Said Ok! She Moved And She Was Like Try Now! I Was Then Able To Click Her Because The Crowd Wasn’t So Close! I Found Her On Alaska In The Plaza, Gym And Spa, Roof, Lobby, Puffle Play Zone (Ski Lodge)! Shes Really Easy To Find And Her BG Is So Cute! Except, I Wish I Had Her Old Background.
BUT, I’m Lucky Enough To Find Her So Quickly! Try Finding PH Now!

Once just in case if you don’t know, Ph got hacked and people thought she was dead. Yeah well, someone knows the date when she was hacked. So be more careful Ph.
Dude, no she didn’t! Mascots can’t get hacked, all those penguinstorm videos are liek I know PH’s Password! Well, wanna know somthnig? They don’t okay? So she didnt get hacked, its just a rumour. How about you be more careful with what you say. You’re just being mean and PH Is careful! Shes a mascot! Obviously, she’ll be careful! The club penguin team controls her and nobody knows any of the mascot’s passwords. You’re just making up lies and why would you pass on that rumour?!!?
